Girl's State
American Legion Auxiliary Unit 130, Grass Valley sponsors High School girls, who attend a week long program hosted by American Legion Auxiliary California Girls State during the summer prior to their senior year, on the Claremont College campuses. There they learn about government by establishing and running city, county and state governments.
