The Nevada County Armed Forces Day Celebration is a free, family‑friendly community event honoring the men and women who serve in the United States Armed Forces—Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, Space Force, National Guard—and our local veterans. This special day brings together thousands of residents, veterans, military families, and visitors to show appreciation for military service while celebrating aviation, community, and patriotism.
