Legion Auxiliary - May 2026

The auxiliary will be very busy during the month of May.

May 5th we will be serving beef enchiladas. Please make your reservations early so we know how many to plan for. 530-278-5343, no reservations accepted after May 3rd.

May 12th is our monthly meeting at 3:30 in the dining hall.

May 16th, we will be participating in the Military Appreciation Day at the Nevada County Airport, 8 am to 3 pm. We will have a table set up to hand out poppies, military stars and free homemade cookies. Please come by and show your appreciation for our military.

May 22nd and 23rd we will be distributing poppies at various businesses in Grass Valley and Nevada City. This is the auxiliary's big fund raiser, please show your support.

May 25th is Memorial Day and we will be at Memorial Park joining in the festivities.

May 30th we will be assisting Gold Country Line Dancing at the veterans hall. Event hours: 8 to 6. Come join the fun!!!!
