Commander's Comments

Dear friends,

Veteran's Day is approaching and we've committed ourselves to commemorating a ceremony dedicated to those who have served our nation. The doors to our Vet's Hall in Grass Valley will open at 10 a.m. On 11 November with the ceremony and beginning around 11 a.m. a little entertainment. We will have a band, several soloist singers, several public speakers and a 21 gun salute. After the ceremony, food will be provided. "Now more than ever", we need to acknowledge those who served our country, guaranteeing our rights, liberties and freedom we now enjoy. Please attend and bring a friend. It promises to be a great occasion.

Also on 7 December, our Ladies Auxiliary will be hosting a full breakfast at our Vet's building starting at 8:30 a.m. and free to all Vets; a $10 donation for non-Vets. Doors open at 8am.
